A culinary proposal that is both essential and genuine, bringing the flavors of tradition to the table in a modern way. Authentic and flavorful dishes, with forgotten tastes.

The BROADWINE menu features 12 courses that change frequently based on the seasonal availability of ingredients. Alongside the classic menu, there is a Tasting Menu curated by the chef, offering a journey through genuine flavors. Also available by reservation within 24 hours are Bourguignonne, Chinoise, and Raw Plateaux.
